All orders are processed within 5-8 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information may take 24–72 hours to update.


Incorrect Address Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, My Store is not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address.

Lost or Stolen Packages
